9 year old sk8er Joey just got back from the TampaAm where he competed with many of the best sk8ers in the world!The TampaAm is an invitational event and every sk8er has a major sponsor. Joey's sponsor is Osirus Shoes.
Joey placed placed 29th out of 35th – that does not sound good – but it was such a HARD competition = it was Joey’s FIRST vert competition – he was the only sk8er under 13 that threw a 540 – the average age was 17 – 5 kids from Brazil, two from England – it was amazing. Joey threw the 540 from the flat and made it – it was great!!
